Q I'm very new to this type of trading and I'm not sure if I can set the chart up. If I use the same software as you, can you send me out a template or workspace with the charts on it with instructions on how to load?
A If using Esignal or Tradestation, we will email you a template of the charts with the indicators set up on them.

Q The example charts have arrows indicating the trades... will these arrrows actually be drawn on the chart or not?
A No, I have placed the arrows on the charts as I took my trades.

Q As I cannot see your e-book without paying up front first, can you send me a few examples of trades, so I can look at the charts and determine if it's for me?
A Charts are being added to the website regularly. Just click on the link at the bottom of any page that reads "Sample Charts".

Q How do I know the examples being quoted in your ebook are not cherry picked trades. Can I see some losers please?
A Losing trades are also being shown on our displayed charts.

Q Will this work on stocks as well as futures?
A This system can work on any market. It will need to be modified to work on other non-futures markets.

Q If this system is making you so much money and you are trading multi contracts, why would you want to sell it and enter into email debates with new customers, which would distract you from your own personal trading?

A There are no grey areas. Using the same charts as we do, you will be taking the same trades.

Q How does this system perform on days with no trends or trends that set up but fail to follow through due to lack of volatility. Does the system stop this type of set up?
A If there is no follow through, you usually will not get a signal. However, you will invariably get stopouts with the system, but very rarely will you get 2 in a row.

Q Many systems are inherent to getting whip sawed...is it the same with your system?
A You are never whipsawed with this system.

Q Do you use huge stop losses with this system?
A We use a maximum of a 10 tick ($100 on Russell emini) stop, sometimes less. You are free to use any stop of your choosing, but this may affect your overall profitability.

Q have you got a web site or a blog where I can see your posted daily results and compare them with mine?

Q If this doesn't make me money, can I have my money back?
